I have seen that a lot of people want ovi suite compatibility for their Nokia N9. I have had it for awhile and I am now posting up how to get it here.
First off uninstall whatever version of Nokia Suite that you have on your computer. Now download this file (called 3.0 from here). Download this file (called 3.2 from here). Reboot your computer.
Make sure your wireless if off and your computer has no access to the internet. Go to where your files are, unzip them and install 3.0 first. It will install. Then it will ask you to connect your phone. Connect the N9 on the N9 screen tap sync and connect and wait. This may take a bit but it will recognize the phone. Then go to options and it will have an option for automatic downloading of updates, set it to off.
Next install 3.2. This will update version 3.0 of Ovi suite to version 3.2.100 of Nokia suite. Now make sure you go to options and unmark automatic downloading of updates. Make sure to keep that off and you will have a full working Nokia N9 and Nokia suite. One more emphasis, do not update Nokia Suite at all.
Cheers!

Great info! Works like charm, Thanks!
Can all actions of the Suite be trusted to work with N9? Has anyone come across of functions that definetly do not work?

I only sync photos, texts, and contacts, I can't vouch for anything else on Ovi/Nokia Suite's functionality.

Vista vs Win7 shouldn't have any impact. Just confirming, did you first install 3.0, then sync your N9. Only after sync'd, you then updated to the latest version?

I've installing 3.2 to connect my n97 mini with automatic update.
After, I've bought a N9 and I've uninstalling nokia suite 3.2 to reinstall 3.0.
My first issue is that nokia suite want to install latest version (3.2) otherwise the application quit!!! So, I've uninstalling 3.0 and I've removing all entry in register base (regedit). I've reinstalling 3.0 without internet connection, turn off automatic update, connect my n9.
installing 3.2 without internet connection, turn off automatic update, try to connect my n9 but fail!!

It is a hit or miss process with 3.2 now, I'm having issues with it as well. I don't know what my plans are in regards to my text messages, as I really don't need them, but still. I will figure something out.

Do you have any problems when you cocnnet your earphones to the N8 using the internetradio app? If I cocnnet earphones it sounds like I hear music in a tunnel, but only in the internetradioapp. All other kinds of music sound normal. Its really strange. There is no problem with any of my earphones and when I cocnnet the N8 with HDMI to my stereosystem the music of the internetradio app sounds normal. My n8 combined with audio jack and internetradioapp doesnb4t work for me.

3 days this "bundle" working for me….
Today suite offer me "new important update" that needs to be installed before you can use the application again.
This option "unmark automatic download updates" didn't help…
I have read about modify windows registry, but not find it again…
Some advice?
